A group of people who have cancer meet in one of Shanghai's parks to do morning excercises and offer support to one an other. Health care in urban China varies drastically. Those who can afford it can find some of the best treatment in the world, while those who can not afford it are left financially crippled by inadequate insurance policies. Rural health care is at least a decade or more behind.
